1) Others have it easy
Comparison. Something we all do to much but don’t admit. We scale our own lives based on how we observe the lives of others to be. Just like most would never be able to really realize your experience, never will you be able to correctly understand theirs, so stop concerning yourself with it. What you see on the internet is only a certain part of someone’s life, you don’t know what could be.
What can you do? Well rather than complaining, focus on your own life and figure out what works best for you and your life.
2) They think your ______
People will always judge you no matter what. We are all self-conscious to erratic degrees and no matter where in life we are how low of high its shouldn’t be done.
What can you do? Odds are the person you’re anxious about judging you, is too worried with how they believe you are judging them. Concentrate on being the true version of yourself and not a false “safe” version that reduces your chances of being perceived poorly. Because after all you wasn’t born to please everyone.
3) I’ll do it tomorrow
Tomorrow is the day that everything changes. It’s the day I start going running frequently. It’s the day I get going on that diet, and bla bla! It’s the day I start writing my book. The only thing it is is that it probably won’t happened.
What you can do? Tomorrow and today and take control of the life you live. Achieving goals is a process, but the only way you’ll get there is by actually starting the development and working hard.
