We all want to wake up and have a good positive mind set for the day. Here are 5 tips that help me out.

1 ) Set your day out and your intentions
You can do this at any point in your day but better when you first wake. Always make an intention that feels good to you and meets your needs that will make you feel good.
2) Have enough sleep
I think we all know what lack of sleep can do to someone. Apparently 8 hours is the best, but you know some people like me do have insomnia.. I get probably 3 hours if that. I really struggle with my day when that happens. If you are like me, relax yourself a lot before trying to sleep and turn off the things that will distract you.
3) Have a good breakfast
I bet most people are a victim of not eating in the morning for reasons such as I cant eat in the morning, I don’t have time.. Truth is breakfast is the most important meal of the day, your brain will function better.
I take a shower every morning, makes me feel nice and clean and awake! Ready for the days work.
5) Prepare the night before
If you know you have things to do in the morning or things to get ready, then if you can prepare the night before, this will ease you in the morning and you will be able to take it slow when you wake up.
