People just aren’t sleeping enough anymore. That much is clear, most live a fast lifestyle which seems to deprive us of sleep, but can lack of sleep make ur just tired or more? It can ruin ur entire day and throw you off your day plan.
You might be having trouble sleeping because of worrying, maybe you slept during the day? Or maybe you just simply can NOT sleep. Like me I have insomnia I get 3 or 4 hours sleep most nights. I recently found some sleeping tablets (natural ingredients) that people have recommended to me, I am going to try one out tonight and see, I really hope it works as I have the flu which will make it 10 times as harder to try and sleep! Will do a post if they work.
It's hard enough having just a few hours of sleep a night, but when you're not sleeping at all, it can be seriously miserable and frustrating.
