When someone says eating healthy, the first thing that comes to everyones mind is to eat fruit! No fatty foods! Right? This is the biggest lie ever! Eating healthy is about having a balanced diet and exercising. You can just expect to eat fruit and bam the next day your fit as a bird! Its not going to work out. For me its easy, I eat healthy all the time anyways! Idont like sweet foods, it makes me feel sick for some reason. So I am always eating fruit and I like to jog or go on the wii fit If im feeling awake enough! What do you think? Do you think eating healthy is just about fruit? I know alot of people who do.
